In trunk 'ahn start daemon app' is not working

Hi Jay,
Something is broken with daemon option. When I start ahn with daemon option I get the following error. This happens in svn 708.
$ ahn start daemon testpr2
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/adhearsion-0.7.999/lib/adhearsion/cli.rb:53:in `start': Directory daemon does not contain an Adhearsion project! (Adhearsion::CLI::AhnCommand::CommandHandler::PathInvalid)
