how to call call_into_context from within an adhearsion context

There is no documentation showing how to call the methods such as call_into_context from within an adhearsion context.

Nor have I found out how to do so.

    Technically the call_into_context method is a SuperManager feature and will be fully documented when SuperManager is implemented and rolled into master. call_into_context is in Adhearsion now, though it's in the temporary spot of the ManagerInterface class (where it actually outputs a deprecation warning when used).

    When SuperManager is implemented, this will definitely be documented.
