XMPPBot class unavailable in event callbacks

Need to expose XMPPBot to all scopes.

[14:47] bklang: yeah, I'm trying to understand how that works. My brain is still stretching to understand the meta-meta
[14:48] bklang: I see that he's using Object.send :include to make classes available, but I don't see how the list of classes to include are described
