sip calling asterisk

on calling adhearsion context from ekiga, the below error was displayed in asterisk

my context in extentions.conf is
[mgov_ivr] exten => _XXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4573)
Pls let me know why this error comes. Thanks
