Remaining references to "helpers" should be cleaned out

With the new "components" system in version 0.8.0, the "helpers" system from 0.7.x is no longer necessary. The "helpers" folder should no longer be included in a generated application and code that references helpers should be removed.

It might just be me, but the .ahnrc created by 'ahn' contains the following:
helpers:
directory: helpers
pattern: *.rb
Minor deal.
