Daemonize mode does not handle SIGTERM cleanly

#98

When handling a SIGTERM we try to shut down the AMI connections. However, there is an open TODO:

      def disconnect!
        # PSEUDO CODE
        # TODO: Go through all the waiting condition variables and raise an exception
        #@write_queue << :STOP!
        raise NotImplementedError
      end

which results in an unhandled exception.

    The exception has been disabled temporarily. Until we can implement this method properly, we don't want to scare people.
