Feature Request - Rake task for Migrations

As Adhearsion may be used with or without a Rails app, it would be great to have a Rake task and place to draw migrations from when not using a Rails app.

I'm not totally sure how I can do migrations in Adhearsion that won't conflict with Rails. Need to think about this more...
