ctrl c doesn't work in windows

when I say this:
C:\dev\yo2>ahn start . INFO ahn: Adhearsion initialized! INFO sandbox: Fetching sandbox connection information INFO sandbox: Connecting to sandbox.adhearsion.com:20000 ERROR sandbox: Could not connect to the sandbox server! Sandbox component stopping...
I must kill the process via the task manager. Not sure why. Thanks!

Yes, I have been able to recreate this as well. I end up having to close the command prompt. Need to see if this is for any Ruby script or specifically for Adhearsion, and then which aspect of Adhearsion does not like ctrl-c on Windows.
