Sandbox - inbound AGI proxy (Erlang)

If a user enters a wrong uname/passwd combo the Erlang server/Sandbox component erroneously report that the connection was successful. But then immediately disconnect, connect again reporting it was successful resulting in a tight loop of connects/disconnects. Once the proper uname/passwd are used, then connects the first time no problem.
A better error message should be given as opposed to indicating the connection was successful.
