Adhearsion.active_calls with_tag forces a symbol use

Need to change the with_tag method for active_calls not to require a symbol. This will be a memory leak of you using something like a GUID to tag calls with.

    I'm going to constrain this to Strings and Symbols for now. A check has been added to the call#tag method and the unit test has been updated.
