AHN app cannot connect to sandbox

I start my application with sandbox component enabled and username/password set and i get this output:

INFO ahn: Adhearsion initialized! INFO sandbox: Fetching sandbox connection information INFO sandbox: Connecting to sandbox.adhearsion.com:20000 DEBUG sandbox: Establishing outbound AGI socket

and from this point iam stuck.

Normally this would end up in response loop:

sandbox.rb#57

          unless response
            ahn_log.sandbox "Communication with the sandbox ended before receiving any response. Trying again in 10 seconds."
            sleep 10
            next
          end

but the

sandbox.rb#56: response = socket.gets

is the problem. Script cannot pass this line.

    What exactly is happening here as it is not clear from the ticket. Right now the sandbox is working, so if you could try again and provide your whole log after a dial attempt that would be great.

    I simply cannot get pass through line 56 in sandbox.rb. I dont get any response from server after sending identifying_hash. My output:
